No President Trump, The Dow Would Not Be Higher If Rates Were Cut

President Trump wants to have his cake and eat it too. He touts that the U.S. is the strongest ever (it isn't) but then wants the Fed to lower interest rates to boost the Dow. Rates are close to historic lows and lowering them would indicate that the economy is weaker than he says (which it is).
